Compact Filters
 
Compact filters are used in hospitals, airports, museums and industrial applications where medium and high quality airflow is required. These filters are used as primary and/or main filters to prevent toxic gas, aerosol and general dust pollution. They are especially suited for for handling large airflow volumes and achieve long service life times due to their large dust storage capacity. By their production different materials are used like water resistant glass fiber filter paper pleated and mounted in V-form frame. Pleats are formed and fixed with thermoplastic seperaters. Due to this special design dust are hold and spread homogen between the pleats. Their filtration quality is high and pressure drop low. For special cases Aluminium seperaters are used and such types have high capacity, resistant to high temperature and inner exchangeable types. Available Filter Classes are F6 to F9 according EN779. The design and construction of the FKM Compact Filter provides a high rigidity and corrosion is impossible. The filter media is water resistant and also suitable for use in conditions with high humidity. A temporary increase in the of the pressure drop is normal. With reduced humidity the pressure drop returns to normal levels.
